In this 3 month private coaching 1-on-1, I will work together with you individually to manifest your health dreams! I will start off getting to know you, your goals & your current health situation during our initial consultation. From there, we will work together to help you reach your goals. learn how to incorporate whole foods into your wellness routine and
- Initial consultation for goal setting & getting to know you. This consultation will help me to tailor a plan specific to you
- 6 x 50 minute sessions (2 per month) via Facetime/Skype
- Learn how to integrate whole food into your lifestyle, learn about food intolerances/allergies
- Nourish worksheets to support you through the program
- Access to private Nourish with Julie Facebook community
- Constant email support with me (remember, I want to be your biggest cheerleader!)
This program is not….
- a diet (I don’t put anyone on a “diet”) instead we focus on building lifelong tools for a healthy lifestyle
- we don’t count calories or make you feel like you are restricting yourself
- a quick fix: you will have to do the work & take the tools learned in this program in order to make it a lifelong lifestyle
- a competition: no one is competing here!
